Account Requirements Dealer Terms
  1. A retail or wholesale establishment
  2. A business listed telephone number
  3. Resale Certificate (please attach to application)
  4. A resale tax number or Federal Tax Id Number
  5. First order of Minimum of $3000.00 USD net for Dealer
  6. Must carry a representation of each model available per line
  7. Must sign MOU (memorandum of understanding)

Orders: New dealer $3000.00 minimum net on initial order per line.
We require prepayment with initial order. All orders must be sent via a purchase order.
Terms: 50% deposit 50% prior to shipping
Payment Options: We accept Bank Transfers and money orders
(money orders can take up to 30 days to clear from foreign accounts)
Credit card payments will be accepted through Paypal invoicing.
Past Due Accounts: Balances over 30 days are subject to 2% per month service charge.
Shipments will not be made on past due accounts
Paypal: A 3% surcharge will be applied to payments using Paypal.

Shipping and delivery: Upon clearance of funds, we will process all orders within 4 working days. Shipments are usually sent UPS or Bax Global and the shipping charges are calculated by the zip code and the weight of the order. All shipping fees as charged will be paid by the Dealer. If you have any questions about your order or our products, please feel free to call us.
Standard Discount: Are all based on the dealer/distributor price lists (subject to change)
Return Policy: All returns must be pre-authorized. Phone, mail, or email an itemized return list to Guru Av Design to receive an authorization number. All products being returned must be in resalable condition, pre paid shipping & free of all stickers and in good shape. A 15% restocking fee will be billed for all returned or refused orders. A refund check will be issued upon receipt of the materials.
